DAIRY FREE CHOCOLATE MARBLE CAKE
Ingredients:
230g dairy free butter
230 caster sugar
4 eggs
230g self-raising flour
5 tbsp dairy free milk
1tsp vanilla extract
3 ½ tbsp cocoa powder (make sure it’s dairy free)
Method:
Heat the oven to 180°C and line a circular baking tin with a circle of baking paper
In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together and add the eggs, and mix thoroughly
Add the flour, vanilla, milk and mix again
Divide the mixture between two bowls. In one of them, add in the cocoa powder and in the other, add in another teaspoon of vanilla extract
Use two spoons to dollop the chocolate and vanilla into the tin, alternating
Use a skewer to swirl the mixture around to create that marble effect
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes
